Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Chief of Air Force of Lao People’s Armed Forces Colonel Khamlek SENGPHACHANH at the parlour of Zeyathiri Beikman here this evening.
Also present together with the Senior General were Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Maung Maung Kyaw and Lt-Gen Soe Htut and senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army). The Lao Air Force Chief was accompanied by Deputy Chief of Air Force and Head of Air Force Office Lt. Colonel Boundom BOUPHALIVANH, Lao Military Attaché to Myanmar Colonel Touy VILAKET and officials.
Both sides cordially discussed the good relations between Myanmar and Laos as they are good friends and neighbours, promotion of cooperation between the two air forces of the two countries and exchange of visits.
After the meeting, the Senior General and the Chief of Air Force exchanged gifts and posed for documentary photo together with those present.
