Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accepted the credentials of newlyaccredited Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to Myanmar H.E.Mr. Daba Debele Hunde at the Credential Hall of the Office of the Chairman of the SAC at 10 am this morning.
Then, they frankly discussed diplomatic relations between the two countries, promotion of cooperation in the culture, education, agriculture, health, tourism and sport sectors between the two governments, trade promotion, matters related to promotion of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, political developments and preparations for a free and fair general election in Myanmar.
After the discussions, the Senior General posed for documentary photographs together with the ambassador.
Also present were Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo of the SAC, Union Minister (2) for the Office of the Chairman of the SAC U Ko Ko Hlaing and Director General U Zaw Tun Oo of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
