Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received European Union Special Representative for Human Rights Mr. Eamon Gilmore at the parlour of Bayintnaung Villa here this morning. The mutual discussions were focused on domestic peace affairs of Myanmar and situations that can make cooperative efforts.
Also present together with the Senior General were Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dway, Lt-Gen Soe Htut and senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army). Mr. Eamon Gilmore was accompanied by Ambassador of the European Union to Myanmar Mr. Kristian Schmidt and officials.
