Chairman of the State Administration Council Comman der-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the choice of arms for cadets of the 65th Intake of Defence Services Academy at DSA in PyinOoLwin today.
Also present at the ceremony together with the Senior General were Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Maung Maung Aye, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, Commander of Central Command Maj-Gen Ko Ko Oo, the commandant of DSA and officials. They met with
cadets individually and chose suitable corps of the Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) for the cadets depending on outstanding performances in literature and military subjects, sharpening, hobby and efforts.
In the afternoon, the Senior General and party had lunch together with cadets at the cadet mess hall of the Anawrahta Battalion, cordially greeted and encouraged them. Next, the choice of arms for cadets continued there.
