Dinner and variety dance show to mark the success of the Diamond Jubilee of Tatmadaw (Air) and the commissioning of airplanes and helicopters were held at the Flying Training Base in Meiktila Station this evening, attended by Chairman of State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
Also present were Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, wife of the Senior General, retired commandersin-chief (Air) and their wives, retired commanders-in-chief(Navy), Commander-in-Chief(Navy) Admiral Moe Aung and wife, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung and wife, Union level officials, Union ministers and their wives, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief and their wives, the Central Command commander, air base commanders, and other distinguished guests. They enjoyed dinner together.
Later, the Senior General and party watched the variety dance show staged by families of Tatmadaw (Air) to the accompaniment of Tatmadaw (Air) music band at Thura Ohn Khaing Hall of the base.
