Chairman of State Admini stration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received a Russian delegation led by Mr. Alexey Evgenievich Likhachev, Director General of ROSATOM State Corporations of the Russian Federation, at Zeyathiri Beikman in Yangon this morning.
Present at the meeting toge ther with the Senior General were Joint-Secretary of SAC Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr Myo Thein Kyaw, Union Minister for Electric Power U Thaung Han and officials and with the Director General ROSATOM State Corporations Ambassador of Russian Federation to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Nikolay LISTOPADOV and officials.
At the meeting, they cordially discussed matters on using nuclear energy profitably in generating power and health and agriculture sectors and cooperation in peaceful use of nuclear technology for energy.
After the meeting, the Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister and the Director General of ROSATOM State Corporations exchanged souvenirs and had a record photo taken.
