Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing conferred Thray Sithu Title, an honorary title for performance, on Mr. Nikolai PATRUSHEV, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, for his brilliant efforts in furthering strengthening friendship and cooperation between Myanmar and Russia, at a ceremony held at the Credentials Hall of the SAC Chairman’s Office here this afternoon.
Also present were SAC Vice Chairman Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Thiripyanchi Maha Thray Sithu Soe Win, Secretary of SAC Lt-Gen Zeya Kyawhtin Sithu Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Thiripyanchi Sithu Yar Pyae, Union Minister at the Government Office 2 Thiripyanchi U Ko Ko Hlaing and officials. Mr. PATRUSHEV was accompanied by Russian Ambassador to Myanmar H. E. Mr. Iskander AZIZOV and officials.
First, Deputy Minister at SAC Office U Khin Latt read out the title presentation order. Next, Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing presented Thray Sithu Title and Insignia to Mr. Nikolai PATRUSHEV, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, for his brilliant efforts in furthering strengthening friendship and cooperation between Myanmar and Russia.
