The 76th Anniversary Independence Day honorary dinner and entertainment concert hosted by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla was held at the hall of honour of the Office of the Chairman of the State Administration Council in Nay Pyi Taw this evening.
First, the guests to the dinner were greeted by union ministers and their wives and officials.
Then, the Senior General and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla arrived at the lawn in front of the hall of honour and cordially greeted chairmen and representatives from political parties, ambassadors and charges d’affaires of foreign embassies, honorary consuls and guests together with Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Thiri Pyanchi Maha Thray Sithu Soe Win and wife Daw Than Than Nwe.
Then, the Senior General and wife enjoyed the display of fire works together with the guests.
Afterwards, the Senior General and wife enjoyed the honorary dinner together with the guests in the hall of honour. Before and during the dinner, artistes from the Myanmar Radio and Television of the Ministry of Information and Fine Arts Department of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture presented music and entertainment programs and the Senior General and wife and the guests enjoyed the programs.
After the programs, the Senior General and wife presented an honorary flower basket to the artistes and cordially greeted the attendees.
The dinner was attended by the Senior General and wife, the Vice-Senior General and wife, the SAC Secretary and wife, the SAC Joint Secretary and wife, council members and their wives, union level officials and their wives, advisors to the Chairman of the State Administration Council, members of the Central Advisory Board of the SAC, union ministers and their wives, members of union level organizations, the chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council, senior officers from the Office of the Commander-in- Chief of Defence Services, deputy ministers, ambassadors and charges d’affaires of foreign embassies, honorary consuls, winners of honorary awards commemorating the 76th Anniversary Independence Day, heads of departments, chair men and representatives from political parties, members of national races, artistes, members of NGOs and invited guests.
