Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is on an official goodwill visit to the Russian Federation, arrived in Moscow this morning and paid his respects by laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow.
First, the Senior General, accompanied by Joint Secretary of the SAC General Ye Win Oo and members of the delegation, arrived at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow, where they were welcomed and greeted by the Moscow Garrison Commander and officials.
Subsequently, led by two honour guards, the Senior General carried the wreath and laid it at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, paying his respects.
During the wreath-laying ceremony, the honour guard of the Russian Federation played the national anthem of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Following this, the Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister received the salute from the honour guard and warmly greeted the officials. During the greetings, the honour guard of the Russian Federation played military songs of the Myanmar Armed Forces in tribute.
