As individuals selected to study abroad, they must value themselves and work harder. Just as everyone has their own aspirations, they must also fulfill the hopes of their country. They should strive to meet the nation’s needs with the knowledge they have acquired. Members of the Tatmadaw are fundamentally of good character and are achievers. They should value themselves and work to improve their lives, maintaining self-discipline and exerting full effort in their endeavours.
