Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Mr. Dmitry Medvedev, Governor of Novosibirsk Oblast, the Russian Federation, Mr. A.A Travnikov, Head of the Republic of Buryatia, the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexey Tsydenov, Honorary Advisor of the Japan-Myanmar Culture and Industry Promotion Association, Japan, Mr. Hiromichi Watanabe and Southeast Asian Patriarchal Exarchate Sergiy sent messages of condolences regarding the devastating impact of the earthquake to Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, due to the severe damage, casualties, and injuries caused by the powerful earthquake.
