Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, today, sent a message to President U Win Myint, mentioning that he congratulated U Win Myint on electing him as President at the Presidential Election Ceremony which was held at the 7th Regular Session of the Second Pyidaungsu Hluttaw on 28 March 2018 and expressed wish for him to successfully carry out peace and stability of the State and development of the nation.
