Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Ambassador of Switzerland to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Paul R. Seger at the parlour of Bayintnaung Villa, here, this morning.
Also present at the call together with the Senior General were Lt-Gen Soe Htut from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) and senior military officers. The Ambassador of Switzerland to Myanmar was accompanied by Head of Swiss Humanitarian Aid Unit Mr. Thieny Umbehr and party.
At the meeting, they discussed cooperation of Switzerland in peace making processes of Myanmar, and peace and stability in Buthidaung-Maungtaw region of northern Rakhine State.
